Our happy clients
"I started seeing Barry in January in preparation for running the Brighton marathon last weekend. He dealt with all the little niggles I picked up during training, offered lots of advice and taped me for the big day and long training runs aswell. Service and flexibility has been excellent, always going out of his way to fit me in. He definitely helped me achieve my goal, thanks Barry!"
"Barry is top class. So knowledgeable. a true expert in his field. I have already recommended to my mummy and bump friends. A must for pregnant ladies. Thank you Barry."
"So Barry is bloody amazing! Since having my son I’ve really struggled with neck and shoulder pain. As well as being painful and affecting my sleep, it was really impacting my ability to work out and train at pole fitness and just making me feel generally broken. After one session I noticed a massive difference: my pain was reduced and my mobility was massively improved. 2 sessions later I now sleep better, ache less and can train harder and more productively because I’m not all stiff and ouchy. I can’t recommend Barry highly enough, he is thorough, professional, friendly and he’s just really really helped my body feel strong again. Like I said, he’s bloody amazing!"
